How do I know I've received a payment from WEpayout?

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) processes payments on behalf of other companies, via bank transfer and PIX.

If you've received a payment to your account and don't know what it's for, make sure you haven't been waiting for a payment or refund from a foreign or domestic company recently.

WEpayments PIX payments may appear on your statement as:

Transfer Received WE PAY OUT INSTITUIÇÃO DE PAGAMENTOS LTDA.
PIX - Received - WE PAY OUT SER
Pix Received from We Pay Out Serviços de Pa
pix transf we pay
WE PAY OUT PAYMENT SERVICES

You can also check the sender of each transfer in your Internet Banking or by contacting your bank branch.
