I received a duplicate payment, what should I do?

First of all, check that you weren't expecting to be paid two identical amounts.

If this is not the case, contact the company where you requested the payment to see what action is necessary.

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) only makes payments at the request of the companies that contract it and we do not have access to information relating to the amounts and quantity of payments per beneficiary.
