The PIX key is a piece of data used to identify your account for transfers.
The four types of PIX keys you can use are:
CPF/CNPJ
E-mail address
Cell phone number
Random key
The key links one of these basic pieces of information to the complete information that identifies the customer's transactional account (identification of the financial or payment institution, branch number, account number and account type).
If you don't want to enter or haven't registered a PIX key with your bank, you can still receive transfers via PIX by entering your bank account details (bank name, branch and account).
