I received a PIX and accidentally returned it to WEpayout. What should I do?

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) acts as a payment intermediary and makes payments as directed by partner companies!

When the amount we send you is returned to WE, this amount is immediately returned to the company that requested the payment, so that they can manage it and send the payment to you again.

In this case, we advise you to contact the company where you requested the payment and inform them of what happened.
