Authorized Direct Debit, known as DDA, is a banking feature that contributes to your financial organization, as the boletos issued are centralized in a single environment according to the CPF or CNPJ registered as the payer.
Unlike Direct Debit, in which the collection is registered and payments occur automatically, DDA notifies you and allows you to view the collections, but payment does not occur automatically. In other words, it is important that you pay these charges according to the due dates.
If you have received a charge from WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) in your DDA, check that you recognize the source of the charge so that you can pay it safely.
If you don't recognize it, please contact our customer service team so that we can help you.
For more information on how your DDA works, you can contact your bank.
