I received a charge on my card from WEpayout and I don't recognize it. What should I do?

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) is an online payment solution, and if your credit card bill shows the name “WEpayments or WE PAY OUT”, it means that you have purchased from one of our clients.

Normally the name of the store is sent on the invoice, but in some cases, due to a limitation of the card, we only send the name of WEpayments instead of the name of the store from which you made the purchase.

If you don't recognize the purchase by the date or amount informed, first check your e-mail address and, if you still haven't had your question answered, contact our customer service team with details such as:

Amount charged;

Date of purchase;

e-mail address used;

CPF;
