WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) acts as a payment intermediary and is the payment solution for various online stores or companies.
If you have received a billing email from WE, it means that you have made purchases from one of these shops/companies and payment is still pending.
To identify the reason for this charge, we recommend the following steps:
Check if you or someone in your family/friends has used your CPF to make an online purchase (products or services) and has not informed you;
Also check your e-mail, as you may have received some explanation of the charge issued, information such as date of purchase, amounts, store name;
If you still can't remember, we can help you understand the charge: contact our customer service team with the following information: the amount of the charge, what you're talking about in that e-mail, your e-mail address and CPF number. We will help you understand where the charge came from within 1 working day.
