How do I issue a duplicate payment slip?

It is not possible to generate a duplicate payment slip through WEpayments (formerly WEpayout).

You need to contact the website where you made the purchase to check whether it is possible to generate a new, updated boleto for the same order.

WEpayments is just a partner company that issues the charges according to the data provided by the stores and websites where the products/services were purchased.
