You should check the return policy on the website where you made the purchase and contact them directly to request that the order be canceled and the payment refunded.
WEpayments (formerly Wepayout) is only the payment intermediary and does not have access to additional information about purchases made.
When payment is confirmed, the amount is immediately passed on to the company responsible and, for this reason, a refund must be requested from the store where the purchase was made.
