Refunds must be requested directly from the site/store where the purchase was made.
Access your orders and check if there is a direct button for requesting a refund. If there is no such option, send a message to the seller or to the site's customer service channel for guidance on how to proceed with the request.
It is important to remember that WEpayments (formerly Wepayout) only acts as a payment intermediary and is a payment solution for various online stores. For this reason, the store or website where the purchase was made is the right place to request cancellations and refunds.
