My card was canceled, how do I get a refund?

The refund always comes back as a credit to the same card.

If your card has been canceled or the card number has been changed, the credit will appear on the invoice for the new card.

If your contract with the bank that issued your card has been canceled and you no longer use its services, you will need to contact the card issuer's customer service team to check how the refund will be credited.
