What is WEpayment's relationship with Decolar?

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) is a Payment Institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil.

In the case of Decolar, WEpayments acts as a third party contracted to collect bank details and make refunds to the end customer, either to their bank account or PIX code. Therefore, when requesting a refund from Decolar, your amounts may be processed by WEpayments.

It is important to know that WEpayments only makes payments requested by Decolar and does not have access to the details of cancellation and refund conditions for your purchases.

Remember that you can track your refund request through the Decolar website or app, by accessing your account and selecting the “My Trips” option.
