To contact Decolar, simply access your account on the website under the My Trips option or go directly to the Decolar Help page.

It is important to note that if you have any problems regarding the cancellation of your trip, you must speak directly to Decolar so that they can give you more details about what happened and help you with receiving your refund.

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) only makes payments according to Decolar's guidelines and we do not have any additional information about refunds.
