The refund must be requested directly from Decolar and they will proceed with the process so that you receive the refund.
If Decolar requests a refund on your behalf through WEpayments (formerly WEpayout), you will receive an email from us with a link that redirects you to a secure page, where you can enter your bank details or a PIX code to receive the refund.
Remember to check your SPAM box, the email may be there.
Under no circumstances will WEpayments request bank details directly by email or phone. Therefore, make sure that you only enter your bank details through the form received by email from WEpayments.
