Text message (SMS) about refund

If you received a text message (SMS) on your cell phone informing you that we have a refund to issue to you, click on the link received in the text message and enter your bank details to receive the payment.

Once the details are received, we will process the payment.

If you are unable to click on the link, you can copy and paste it into a browser on your cell phone, and then you will be able to enter your bank details.

You may also have received this same link by email, check your spam folder.

There is no need to reply to the message or the email, the details will only be received if they are entered directly via the link.
