In some cases, Decolar requests payment of the refund via PIX using your CPF. If this does not happen, you will receive an email from WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) with a link where you can enter the bank details of the account to which you wish to receive the refund.
It is not necessary to reply to the email, just click on the link that directs you to the secure WEpayments environment to enter your bank details.
We do not process payments for data provided in any other way, other than through the secure WEpayments environment.
