Can I provide my Pix key to receive a refund?

Yes, you can provide one of the four types of Pix keys:

CPF/CNPJ;

Email;

Mobile phone number;

Random key.

If you prefer, you can provide your bank account details: bank name, branch and account, and the payment can also be made via PIX.

Remember that to provide your bank details to WEpayments (formerly WePayout) you must have received a link via email confirming the refund request in your name.

Do not provide your bank details through any means of contact other than the official WEpayments link.
