WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) processes refunds according to instructions provided by Decolar, and payments are made exclusively to a bank account associated with the CPF or CNPJ of the person who registered their details on the website at the time of purchase.
In some cases, we send an email to the email address registered with Decolar, requesting confirmation of the beneficiary's bank details.
