Why haven't I received my refund that I requested from Decolar?

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) does not control and is not aware of the refund deadlines established by Decolar. If you requested a refund from Decolar, you should check with them what the deadline is for the refund to be made.

When Decolar requests the refund from WEpayments, you will receive an email with instructions on how to provide your bank details for the refund.

If you have not received any communication from WEpayments about your refund request, you must contact Decolar for more information.
