WEpayments (formerly WePayout) only makes the refund payment according to Decolar's instructions, and the payment must be made exclusively to a bank account associated with the CPF or CNPJ that was registered at the time of purchase on the Decolar website.
This data is passed to our system by Decolar itself, so if you need to request any change in the beneficiary, you must speak directly to Decolar so that they can make the change and resend the refund request to us again.
After this new request with the updated data, the refund will be made to the bank account provided or you will receive a new email to provide your bank details.
If you made a purchase on the Decolar website using someone else's data and would like to receive the refund in your bank account, we recommend that you access the Decolar website or app to check the best option for receiving the refund.
