If you provided incorrect information through the link you received via email from WEpayments (formerly WePayout), you will receive a new email informing you that the first payment attempt failed and you can provide your bank details again through a new link.
If you provided incorrect details on your Decolar account, a payment attempt will be made, and the refund might not be completed.
In this case, Decolar will be informed that the refund was not completed. Therefore, we suggest contacting Decolar to report the issue and correct your details.
