Types of accounts where I can receive the refund

You can receive the refund in any type of account: checking, savings, payroll, or joint account.

WEpayments (formerly WePayout) will process the payment according to Decolar’s instructions, as long as the account holder is the same person designated by Decolar to receive the payment. However, it is important to remember that the success of the credit to the account may depend on the beneficiary bank. Therefore, when providing your bank details for the refund, ensure you correctly specify the account type, as this information may affect the receipt of your refund.
