WEpayments (formerly WePayout) only processes the refund payment according to Decolar’s explicit instructions, and the payment must be made exclusively to a bank account associated with the CPF or CNPJ of the account holder registered on the site at the time of purchase. This information is provided to our system by Decolar.
WEpayments also does not have access to change the beneficiary’s details; such changes must be requested directly through Decolar.
In this case, you need to contact Decolar to have the details corrected and provided to WEpayments again.
