How do I provide my bank information to receive a refund from Decolar?

If Decolar requests a refund on your behalf through WEpayments (formerly WePayout), you will receive an email from us with a link to a secure page where you can provide your bank details or a PIX key to receive the refund.

Remember to check your SPAM folder, as the email might be there.

WEpayments never requests bank details directly via email or phone. Therefore, make sure to only provide your bank details through the form received in the email from WEpayments.
