If you don't have a bank account, you need to contact Decolar to find out the best way to receive your refund.
WEpayments (formerly WePayout) is not allowed to change the beneficiary of payments and refunds are only made via PIX or Bank Transfer, according to the instructions received from Decolar. The payment will only be made to an account linked to the document related to the refund request, that is, the data that Decolar provided to WEpayments.
