The payment method through which you will receive the refund you requested will depend exclusively on Decolar.
If Decolar chooses to process your refund using WEpayments (formerly WePayout) as the payment processor, you will receive an email from Decolar with information on how the refund will be processed.
After this email, Decolar will send your refund request to WEpayments within 10 business days, and you may receive a new email from WEpayments with instructions on how to receive the refund.
If you have not yet received any communication from WEpayments, please contact Decolar for information about your refund.
