I made my purchase at Decolar with a credit card, why am I receiving my refund via bank transfer/Pix?

WEpayments (formerly WePayout) processes payments on behalf of other companies, via bank transfer and PIX in national currency.

If you paid with a credit card and received the payment in your bank account, you should contact Decolar for more details about your refund.

WEpayments does not control and has no knowledge of the original payment method. It only processes refunds that arrive as a payment request without having additional knowledge about such refund (amounts, products or payment methods).
