You can track the status of your refund request in your Decolar account on the website or app.
Decolar also sends emails with information about the refund process. Check to see if you haven't received this information in your email.
WEpayments (formerly WePayout) only makes refund payments as requested by Decolar and we do not have access to information related to the refund request, such as deadlines and amounts, for example.
