You should contact Decolar to check the status of your refund request.
WEpayments (formerly WePayout) only makes payments according to Decolar's instructions and we do not have any additional information about the refund requested, i.e., we only mediate the payment process.
We also advise you to check the email you received for the deadline that Decolar informed you to receive the refund and wait for the stated deadline.
If the deadline has already passed, you should contact Decolar, as they are the ones who initiate the process and have more information about it.
Oh, it is also important to check if you have not received any other email from WEpayments requesting your bank details, which must be filled in via a link.
Since it is an automated email, it may have ended up in your spam box. If you really did not receive it, you need to contact Decolar for more information.
