What is WEpayout's relationship with Viajanet?

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) is a Payment Institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil.
In the case of Viajanet, WEpayments acts as a third party contracted to collect bank details and make refunds to the end customer, either to their bank account or PIX key. Therefore, when you request a refund from Viajanet, your money can be processed by WEpayments.

It is important to know that WEpayments only makes the payments requested by Viajanet and does not have access to the details of the cancellation and refund conditions of your purchases.
