In some cases Viajanet asks you to pay the refund via PIX using your CPF.
If this doesn't happen, you will receive an e-mail from WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) with a link where you can enter the bank details of the account where you wish to receive the refund.
You don't need to reply to the email, just click on the link that takes you to WEpayments' secure environment to enter your bank details.
We do not make payments for data entered in any way other than through WEpayments' secure environment.
