How do I track my refund request?

You can track the status of your refund request in your Viajanet account via the website or app.

Viajanet also sends emails with information about the refund process. Check if you haven't received this information in your email.

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) only makes refund payments as requested by Viajanet and we do not have access to information related to the refund request, such as deadlines and amounts, for example.
