You should contact Viajanet to check on the progress of your refund request.
WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) only makes payments in accordance with Viajanet's guidelines and we have no additional information about the refund requested, i.e. we only intermediate the payment process.
We also advise you to check the e-mail you received for the deadline Viajanet has given for receiving the refund and wait for the deadline.
If the deadline has already passed, you should contact Viajanet, as they are the ones who initiate the process and have more information about it.
It's also important to check that you haven't received any other emails from WEpayments asking you to fill in your bank details via a link.
