Text message (SMS) about refund

If you received a text message (SMS) on your cell phone informing you that we have a refund to make for you, click on the link received in the text message and enter your bank details to receive the payment.

Once the data is received, we will process the payment.

If you are unable to click on the link, you can copy and paste it into a browser, on your cell phone, and then you can enter your bank details.

You may also have received this same link via email, check your spam folder.

There is no need to respond to the message or email, the data will only be received if informed directly via the link.
