I made my Viajanet purchase with a credit card, why am I receiving my refund by bank transfer/Pix?

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) processes payments on behalf of other companies via bank transfer and PIX in national currency.

If you paid by credit card and received the payment in your bank account, you should contact Viajanet for details of your refund.

WEpayments does not control and has no knowledge of the original payment method. It only processes refunds that arrive as a payment request without having any further knowledge of the refund (amounts, products or payment methods).
