To contact Viajanet, simply access your account on the website under the "My Trips" option or go directly to the Viajanet Customer Service Center page.

It is important to note that if you have any problems regarding the cancellation of your trip, you must speak directly to Viajanet so that they can give you more details about what happened and help you with receiving your refund.

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) only makes payments in accordance with Viajanet's guidelines and we do not have any additional information about refunds.
