The refund must be requested directly from Viajanet and they will proceed with the process so that you can receive the refund.
If Viajanet requests a refund on your behalf through WEpayments (formerly WEpayout), you will receive an email from us with a link that redirects you to a secure page where you can enter your bank details or a PIX key to receive the refund.
Remember to check your SPAM box, as the email may be there.
Under no circumstances does WEpayments ask for bank details directly by e-mail or telephone. Therefore, make sure that you only enter your bank details via the form received by email from WEpayments.
