If you entered your bank details incorrectly via the link you received by email from WEpayments (formerly WEpayout), you will receive a new email informing you that the first payment attempt did not work and you can enter your bank details again via a new link.
If you have entered incorrect details in your Viajanet account, you need to contact Viajanet so that they can check the information you have entered and help you make the necessary changes.
