Why haven't I received the refund I requested from Viajanet?

WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) does not control and has no knowledge of the refund deadlines set by Viajanet. If you have requested a refund from Viajanet, you will need to check with them what the deadline is for the refund to be made.

When Viajanet makes the refund request to WEpayments, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to enter your bank details for the refund.
