How do I enter my details to receive a refund from Viajanet?

If Viajanet requests a refund on your behalf through WEpayments (formerly WEpayout), you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to a secure page where you can enter your bank details or a PIX key to receive the refund.

Remember to check your SPAM box as the email may be in there.

Under no circumstances does WEpayments ask for bank details directly by e-mail or telephone. Therefore, make sure that you only enter your bank details on the form received by e-mail from WEpayments.
