If you don't have a bank account, you need to contact Viajanet to check the best way to receive your refund.
WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) is not allowed to change the beneficiary of payments and refunds are only made by PIX or Bank Transfer, according to the guidelines received from Viajanet.
Payment will only be made to an account linked to the document related to the refund request, i.e. the data that Viajanet has provided to WEpayments.
