The payment method by which you will receive the refund you have requested will depend exclusively on Viajanet.
If Viajanet chooses to make your refund using WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) as the payment processor, you will receive an e-mail from Viajanet with information on how the refund will be made.
After this email, Viajanet will send your refund request to WEpayments within 10 working days, and you may receive a new email from WEpayments with instructions on how to receive the refund.
If you have not yet received any communication from WEpayments, please contact Viajanet for information about your refund.
