Can I enter my Pix key to receive a refund?

Yes, you can enter one of the four types of Pix keys:

CPF/CNPJ;
E-mail;
Cell phone number;
Random key.

If you prefer, you can enter your bank account details: bank name, branch and account, and the payment can also be made via PIX.

Please note that in order to provide your bank details to WEpayments (formerly WEpayout) you must have received a link by email confirming the refund request on your behalf.

Please do not provide your bank details by any means other than the official WEpayments link.
